Recovery for us used to only happen after big races and during the healing process after an injury.
Now, however, thanks to our good friends and sponsor Recharge Sport Center here in Bend, OR. we now incorporate recovery into our daily lives. And as we prepare and train for the upcoming Patagonian Expedition Race, it has been amazing how well our bodies have been holding up. We credit much of it to becoming wiser in our old age and changing our daily habits to incorporate more active recovery and rest.
